Safe Operating Terms & Conditions
Location:
The best place for setup would be on a level grassy surface free of rocks,stickers and thorns. Inflatable units may also be setup on concrete driveways, parking lots, gymnasiums and other large buildings etc. If your needing a set up that would require SAND BAGS such as these places would - please let us know at time of set up! Please no dirt lots or caliche. All inflatables are securely anchored down for safety. Please have area clear of rocks, sticks,sharp objects such as glass or metal and dog piles.
Prior to Delivery:
Please allow a 20' by 20' area for the standard bounce house and a 16' by 40' area for slides. Bounce houses need at least 18' in height and our GIANT SLIDE needs 20' in height. Electricity connection must be provided and be at least within 75' from setup area. If no electrical connection is available a generator that produces 5000 watts or greater must be used.Generators may be rented from FUNFLATABLES! at a rate of $35 for 3 hours and $5 for each hour.
Delivery:
FUNFLATABLES! will deliver, setup and takedown all inflatables at no extra charge. Free Delivery does not apply outside the city limits. Delivery fee of $1.50 mile to and from location applies when outside San Angelo city limits. Please contact us for the rate associated with your delivery area.
Waiver/Contract:
Your rental will include a "Safety Tips" document and you will be required to sign both a rental agreement and a Release of Liability Form which can both be downloaded here at the time of delivery.
Payment:
Payment of cash or check is due at setup. We can also accept credit card payments at the time of set up for and additional 3% fee. All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 service fee and or will be handled through the Tom Green County Attorney's office.
Cancellation and Bad Weather:
As always, We reserve the right to cancel a reservation WITHOUT A REFUND IF: Storms or High Winds in excess of 20-25mph are forecasted, if a weather advisory is affect for the delivery area - please refer to San Angelo's Weather Service for advisory issuance, if it is raining at the time of set up or if it has rained prior to set up and the ground is not DRY TO THE TOUCH. Safe operation of our units and customer safety are our top priority.

WE ARE A "CITY APPROVED VENDOR!!!"
